Looking like a cross somewhere between Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing with some storyline related battling, its Stranded Sails: Explorers of the Cursed Islands. So far it seems as if it'll cross off everything I look for in a farming style game, plus a little extra.
One major difference that this game has over Stardew Valley is that you have a definite end goal. Your whole purpose is to gather enough supplies to build a sturdy enough boat to get you, and your crew, back home.

Sounds simple right? Not so much. The supplies you'll need will take time and exploration to track down. So much time in fact that you and your crew are going to have to establish yourselves by building housing and farms to sustain you until your project is complete.
In exchange for looking after your crew they will look after your farm while you're out braving the wilds in search of more supplies (thanks guys). You and your little row boat can make your way to other little islands in the archipelago you're stranded within. Along with supplies on other islands and beneath the surface, you'll find something else; enemies. Ghosts and ghouls will stand in your way, disrupting your nice little exploration and farming adventure but hey, that's the life of a pirate right?
